Worked as a production runner at the Melbourne Cup, providing on-site support during a major live sporting event. My responsibilities included transporting talent between different locations and distributing VIP passes, helping ensure the day's event operations ran smoothly.

I worked as a production runner on Melbourne Cup day in both 2024 and 2025. In 2024 this was with Gravity Media.

In 2024

  • Drove Channel 9’s on-air talent, crew and VIPs to and from the event, on time and safely.
  • Managed and handed out VIP passes so special guests had smooth access.
  • Answered last-minute requests and urgent needs to keep the production on schedule.
